Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Facelessing at faceless.ing (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Who can use Facelessing
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live (or have a parent or guardian agree for you). If you use Facelessing for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at privacy@faceless.ing if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Facelessing (such as niche descriptions and example scripts) and, to the extent the law allows, the videos and other outputs generated for you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the rights to anything you provide, such as music you upload, and that your content and use of the Service follow the law.
AI-generated content
Facelessing uses AI to write scripts and create images and voiceovers. AI output can be inaccurate, unoriginal, or unsuitable, and similar output may be generated for other users. Review videos before they are published. You are responsible for what you publish, including disclosing realistic AI-generated content where a platform requires it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Facelessing to create or publish content that:
- is illegal, or infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
- impersonates real people or deceives viewers in harmful ways, such as fake news or scams;
- is spam, or breaks the rules of the platforms you publish to.
Also don’t try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorized access to the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
Other platforms
When you publish to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or other platforms, their terms and policies also apply. We aren’t responsible for those platforms, including if they remove content or restrict your account.
Plans and payments
Facelessing is currently free while we build it. Before we introduce paid plans or credits, we will publish their prices and terms, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Changes and availability
We are actively developing Facelessing, so features may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using Facelessing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or perform well on any platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Facelessing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or audience. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
